which is Love,

Alive! is the precious temple,
of your body…
Awoken! are your senses,
and your heart…

Loving, leaning into nature,
We are Life, loving itself.

The force of Love,
The force of Life,
Dancing in us and through us.

Through this Sacred Body, We become our own Lover.

Feeling the breeze on your skin …
Smelling the earthy, wet wood …
Hearing the trees, whispering…
The ancestors, murmuring …
The land, speaking …

The joy bubbles up, uncontrollably, in your heart!
The song bursts from your lips! Flinging your arms open in a spontaneous dance of ecstasy!
The hips tingle! The soul takes flight…

You come home, to your Sacred Self.

This Beauty Way is in us,
Weaving through us,
Dancing itself into our every expression.

So intimate, we are,
With ourselves, with our Beloveds, with Our Sacred Body, Our Nature…
This is our natural state;
Sometimes, we just forget.

We start again, by loving and by listening,
By dancing and by deepening, By honouring and laughing.

Is is okay to bathe in the sunlight,
To soak it in,
To let the Temple of your Body be beloved,
And to dive into the depths
Of not-knowing,
Of the sacred mystery,
Of the deep ocean of your soul,
With trust in this Love.

Hear the drum beat
Of the ancestors,
Hear the tingling bells
Of the priestesses,
Hear the out-breath
Of the sleeping trees, Feel the pulsing in your sacrum,
Calling to you, beyond the mundane.

It’s in your blood and bones,
Your birthright,
Your soul’s journey,
Your true nature: Your Sacred Body Longs
