TRAININGS:

All of these practices share so much in common.
There’s no choreography, we’re listening inwardly. Following impulses, following the life that flows through us. From intuitive somatic listening, we feel our parts. We relate to our parts with curiosity, giving them space to move. Their life dances through us, putting us into motion. We dance our authentic self alive. No need to hide. Even the dance of shyness is welcome here.
We continue, we relate to others through dance. We notice our patterns, alchemise our stress, and retrieve our solo and communal wholeness. We bloom, with acceptance, joy and togetherness!

Expanded dance
There was an openness to let loose… and express those child-like expressions that rarely see the light of day.
Since our dance I’ve been more mindful and aware of what my body is wanting to say… turns out there’s some untapped wisdom in there. Who knew?!
I’m looking forward to bringing more of my expanded dance to the dance floor this week.

Intimate and deep
I loved our shared chaotic surrender dance – that felt so intimate and deep!
The endless d-floor play with various playmates and how safe and rejuvenating that felt.
I am so deeply touched by what she —the body— had to share with me.
Overall taking away so many insights and feelings from my inner world which have helped me to feel at home and process in a way I’ve been longing for.

A weekly ritual
One of the best things I’ve done in 2025… it’s been so amazing to have a weekly ritual of getting to connect more with my body and receive…
… and I have learned so many different ways to dance!
Moving my body freely and intuitively… and following my body’s impulse to move in ways that I’m not used to moving.
When we dance a lot, we have the same rhythm, but being shown different ways of moving high, low, on the floor, using our feet, using our hands… it’s incredible!
