TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Here are the terms and conditions for one-off and regular massages.
By booking in for a massage, or beginning your monthly membership, you accept these terms and conditions, so please read carefully before you proceed, as this is also our agreement.
ABOUT LOMI LOMI
Lomi Lomi treatment traditionally attends to the whole body, head to toe to fingertips (we do not massage the genitalia).
My commitment to you is to treat you and your body with respect, devotion and confidentiality. As my client, I will always defer to your authority about what you and your body need, with your full consent.
You understand that the massage you receive is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular and emotional tension. When you experience any pain or discomfort during the session, if necessary, you agree to inform the therapist so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to your level of comfort.
You further understand that massage should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
You understand that Massage Therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such.
You also understand that the Massage Therapist reserves the right to refuse to perform massage on anyone whom he/she deems to have a condition for which massage is contraindicated, (e.g. pregnancy, cancer) or for any other reasons.
If you have any concerns, please discuss them prior to the commencement of your massage. You will be asked to complete a Client Intake form before the massage, to ascertain your general health.
Massage should not be performed under certain medical conditions, as such, you affirm that you have stated all known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly.
You agree to keep the massage therapist updated as to any changes in your medical profile prior to the session and understand that there shall be no liability on the Massage Therapists part should you fail to do so.
We accept no requests for “extras”, sexual arousal or intimate massage. If you are looking for that, there are more suitable practitioners elsewhere. We have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate requests and if they occur, you will be asked to leave and not refunded. We always put personal safety and respect first.
MONTHLY MASSAGE MEMBERSHIP
The minimum term for the membership discount is six months, from the date of sign up. You may change your mind within 7 days of signing up.
You must book your next massage at the end of each appointment. We accept pre-payment or card-on-file as ways to pay your membership fees.
The same cancellation and reschedule policy applies for your monthly massage as for one-off massages.
Reminders to book a massage or more than one reschedule in any one month will incur a $25 administration fee. If you cancel your monthly massage membership before the six month period, we will invoice you for the remaining balance you owe (ie, you will repay all of the discounts).
DISCOUNTS
We may ask you for a photo and testimonial in exchange for any discount on your session. Ask us for more details.
From time to time, we may run promotional discounts. They do not affect your consumer rights.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULE AND NO-SHOWS
You are responsible for checking you can commit to the date and time before you book. Last-minute family emergencies or emergencies with your own health qualify for postponement, but all other bookings are non-refundable. We require one week’s notice for postponement, including illness. If you need to cancel or postpone with 4-7 days notice, we will charge you $100 transfer fee. 3 days or less and you will incur the full fee. If are an emergency worker, and are unavoidably called in to work, we will bill you for your agreed appointment and allow you one reschedule which you may not cancel or further reschedule. We recommend you book your massage on days off so you can truly relax afterwards.
You are welcome to gift, resell or transfer this massage to another suitable person if you cannot make it. This is your responsibility to organise.
If for any reason I have to postpone our session, you will be offered a choice of alternative dates. If you cannot make those dates, you will be offered a full refund.
We only accept cash if your credit card details have been stored on file. In the case of late cancellation or a no-show, we will charge your credit card the full amount. We use Square payments for our credit card authorisation and secure storage, see their security policy below.
I am grateful to you as my client for appreciating that my time and financial wellbeing are as important as yours.
AUTOMATIC AND CARD PAYMENTS
If you have chosen automatic payments, you authorise Pasha Lyndi to charge your credit or debit card saved on file for this membership, for individual massage sessions or for any no-show appointments, as agreed. You agree that this information will be saved on file for future monthly payments and will be stored and deleted in accordance with data privacy standards.
DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

MARKETING
We will only contact you periodically about massage deals, and other related events that might benefit your health. You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time, you will see a link in each email for that.
