After fifteen years of walking, dancing
(and sometimes crawling!) along this path,
I’m more alive than ever.
In my forties, I have more energy, passion,
love, vibrancy, freedom of expression,
majesty, self respect, heart and soul
than any point in my youth.
Despite having had to face enormous
adversity in my childhood.
I didn’t let circumstances dictate my right to love life!
I started owning my right to thrive.
