REGISTRATION FORM
Please click here to complete the registration form, in advance.
It is a legal requirement that you read and complete the Registration Form before you dance, otherwise you are not fully insured to dance around the fire. You can also tell us about any needs you have.
Your safety is important to us!
This is for those who have already purchased a ticket. This only needs to be done once. If you attend multiple events with us, you do not need to complete this multiple times.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: πβπ πππ€ππ₯ππ₯πππ, π ππ πβπ₯ πππ π¨ ππ πβππ πππ₯ ππ…
A: We are a diverse group, aged anywhere between 18 and 80. Participants are all sizes, from all cultures, walks of life and backgrounds. Some of us are working in witchy healing fields, others are in conventional jobs, e.g. corporate.
Q: ππππ₯ π€ππ π¦ππ π π¨πππ£? π»π π¨π ππ πππ£πππ π π₯?
A. Here in the Brookfield Valley, it ranges between 12 and 30 degrees, sometimes humid and sometimes cool, depending on the time of year. Wear light, warm layers, and bring a rain jacket, blankets and snuggly clothes for the end of theΒ dance, as weβll be outside. In winter, hats and scarves can be a blessing!
In colder weather, we tend to strip down later in the dance and keep boots on.
No material is 100% fire safe, but you’ll reduce risks by not wearing polyester and plastic stuff. Cotton, wool, leather are less flammable.
Dancing barefoot outdoors is encouraged and carries a few slight risks. While we have prepared the ground carefully and removed small stones and bindis, the ground is slightly uneven. Please consider if you need to wear footwear or appropriate ankle supports. Keeping shoes on is perfectly fine.
Q: π»π π πππ§π π₯π ππ πππππ?
A: We always start with clothing on.
In the Men and Women’s dances, we allow stripping to underwear only.
Any removing of clothes is always optional! There is no need to strip. Usually there will feel like ‘a right time’ to strip off, we allow you to be prompted by the Yes and No of your body. Once the stripping-down begins, it can be quite contagious!
In the Women-Only Dances, nakedness is an option, and we encourage you to become ‘sky-clad’.
Stripping of clothes is also stripping layers of ego, and helps us to work with the inhibitions and self-consciousness around being seen in our natural beauty.
Q. πΈπ£π π₯πππ£π ππ£ππ₯π₯ππ£π€ ππ£π π¦ππ?
A. There are mosquitoes around out here. Please wear appropriate mosquito and midge protection if you are sensitive to them. We check the venue carefully for other critters, beforehand.

A. FireΒ dancingΒ outdoors brings a few risks. We have a first-aid kit,Β fireΒ extinguishers, a risk assessment and liability insurance. We have a fire safety plan and have assessed the risks.
Q. ππππ₯ ππππ π π ππ π π ππ πͺπ π¦ π€ππ£π§π?
A. We provide a ceremonial elixir and food. The elixir is often organic, fair-trade cacao. This may be blended with blue lotus, rose and other herbs, to help activate your body, heart, mind and soul.Β
Food is always provoded. For some dances, we provide meat. Others are vegetarian. This information will be on the event page and your ticket. We provide organic, grass-fed, gluten-free options, as far as possible. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
Contact us if you are booked in and have not yet specified your dietary needs.
Q. πΈπ£π π₯ππ πππ πππ π¨π πππ’π€ ππππππ€ π π₯πππ₯π£π π‘ππ£π₯πͺ?
A: No. Yes, we are awakening life force, Eros, and our good hearts, so that they might serve ourselves, our circle and as a prayer to the Earth. In that sense, tantra is very much present.
We will NOT invite you to engage intimately through touch, this is not a tantra temple night. There are plenty of other events that do offer this, if that’s what you’re looking for!
Whatever you do with your Eros and good heart after we finish is your own business *wink*

A: When men and women gather together to dance, we take extra care that the space is safe. We only invite those within our networks. We screen everyone who comes, to check everyone is on the same page about needs and expectations.
There is plenty of time to connect, share our vulnerabilities and intentions, during the event. We make commitments to each other, with strict rules of interaction.
Once a safe container is set, we have a space of potential healing for the sacred masculine and sacred feminine! In our experience, it is SO healing to be witnessed and respected by the opposite gender. And as organisers, your privacy will always be respected and we want you to feel welcomed and safe.
