Thanks to everyone who has helped me along the path —my blood family, this land and my friends and teachers.

Thanks to all the beautiful people on courses, who listened deeply to themselves and others, and allowed themselves to be seen and heard.

Thanks for your insights, and reminding me why we keep doing this! I learn so much from you.

Thank you, Earth – everything I have, wear, eat and use is provided by you. I learn so much from you, from nature, and there’s a few trees and places I love, and feel loved by.

Thank you too, to all the difficulties. The life challenges. Without you, I wouldn’t have wanted to heal and find ways to grow that taught me how to feel alive, joyful and contented too!

May I always remember that the real teacher is not the one holding the class.

The real teacher is the nature outside, the nature inside all of us.

We just have to keep listening to it.
