Taking time to just be is the biggest gift you can give yourself.
Modern life gets hectic. It’s easy to lose ourselves in the hustle-and-bustle of everyday life.
Mindfulness gives us permission to slow down and savour the moment. As we calm down, we start to see more clearly.
The more we see clearly about ourselves, our habits and our ways of relating, the more we see what helps us and what harms us.
Precious insights like these give us more opportunities to thrive,Β reduce stress and suffering, and improve our relationships.
Mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, help us regulate our emotions and find great peace and wellbeing.
Our courses and workshops are a great opportunity to learn and practise mindfulness, share your thoughts with like-minded people and explore how these tools can help you in everyday life.

What happens in a mindfulness or meditation class?
Most mindfulness courses include lots of practical exercises. Normally, we start with mindfulness of the body and breath, and slowly work inwards, through the senses, thoughts and emotions, to simply being. There is plenty of time to reflect on your personal wellbeing, ask questions and explore how to integrate these qualities into life and work.
Most courses also include exercises in self-acceptance, compassion and cultivating love for oneself and others.
Everything we learn is evidence-based and validated by the latest science. All experience levels catered for. Most importantly, the practice is very personal, so bring your curiosity and explore how mindfulness works for you!
